I think my mileage for the day is fairly obvious from the title. I split the run into two loops so I could swing back by the house for some water. It was cool this morning, so I probably didn't have to stop for water, but it does seem to settle my stomach. I've had a few stomach issues this summer that I think have been caused by being dehydrated. Overall this run went well and I even was able to pick up the pace over the second half.
