More of the Same

After taking yesterday off, I ran for 20 minutes again this morning. Like the last two runs, the hamstring was tight at first and then loosened up. I did the hamstring exercises, stretched, iced, and then massaged a little with the stick. All of that seemed to help because my leg feels better today than it has for a while.

Tomorrow's another day off since J and I are taking the kids to Day out with Thomas for j's birthday. He turned four Nov. 21 and I'm sure he'll be ecstatic tomorrow.
