Stubborn

I ran on my sore leg again this morning. It felt a little different, more soreness on the outside of my hip but still some soreness on the inside as well. Today, and Saturday as well, I can still feel something there on the inside hours after my run. I need to take some time off. That was cemented when I was searching for some stretches and exercises I could do and one website mentioned, "You have to stop doing what makes it hurt."

It's just so frustrating to me. I don't feel like I did anything to cause this. It started after time off, not after I rapidly increased mileage. It's a few weeks after the marathon and I'm itching to start running again. Still, a little time now is better than a lot later.
