I felt pretty tired and a little sore this morning, so I just ran an easy four miles and called it a day. Yesterday I ran 10 miles, with the middle four up-tempo, and Tuesday I ran 10 miles as well.
I hope everyone had a nice holiday. We took the kids to the parade in the morning, grilled some burgers and dogs, and then went to watch some fireworks at night. We had a great seat for the fireworks--right across the street from the filed where they were launching them--and we got out of the parking lot afterwards in minutes.
